Maybe because almost nobody plays anymore? I don't think it's officially dead, they would make some announcement about it. I tried connecting, it doesn't work, so I guess it's the usual server crash.Die like a man, CHICKEN!

I do play.I started playing again recently and I am loving it.I play 4-5 hours everyday.Damn this server crash.
